Best deal on a 1919A4 kit?

I'm looking for the place that has the best deal on 1919A4 kits. Ohio Ordnance had them awhile back for just over $200, but of course they went fast. I would prefer .30-06 over 7.62 NATO.

Any ideas other than Sarco? Looking for quality over price, but as long as the price isn't too high.
