Glock 26 with or without Tritium sights?

Never had a Tritium sight setup before. Trying to decide between the 26 with or without the sights. Are they worth it? If not can you put them on yourself later without a gunsmith?

Pick up the gun with standard plastic sights. Shoot it for awhile and take your time looking over all the different choices you have for night sights. You can install them any time you like, no hurries!
