If your asking about barrel conversions.... Nothing. There are no conversions available.

If your G19 is a 3rd gen gun you can convert the top end to 9/40/357/45GAP. The 9/40/357 changes require the slide, magazine and trigger housing be changed to match the ammunition. The 45GAP conversion would require the slide, magazine, trigger housing and trigger bar.
