Glock 26 upper swaps?

So my G26 could also be reconfigured in .40S&W and .357Sig? What's involved in making this kind of change? I saw mention of ejector and mag change required but apparently a new slide too? Is this something that can be done only by Glock, by an armorer or is it a pretty basic thing? Are these parts readily available?

I saw the thread that if it were a G27, only a barrel and mag change would be needed to convert to 9mm. This sounds more complicated but is it economically feasible/worthwhile to switch to bigger calibers?

You can NOT convert up to a larger caliber with a simple barrel change ie: G26 to a G27 or G33. To convert a G26 into a 27/33 you will need a complete upper, trigger housing and correct magazine.

You can convert a larger caliber down to another with a simple barrel change ie: G27 or G33 to fire 9mm ammo (G26)
