Had a DT round today that was missing the primer

Was shooting my G20SF when I had a stoppage. Dropped the mag, ejected the round and saw it had a few granules of powder on it, which wedged between the case and the chamber preventing it from going into battery. Then I noticed the primer was missing and where the powder was coming from.

Anybody else seen this? This was from a 10mm 180 gr Gold Dot round (~2007 vintage).

That's my guess as it would have been hard to miss, but I couldn't find it in the mag.
