Due to being a cheap bastage and availability of DT loaded 10MM ammo around these parts, I was looking into just buying their bullets and rolling my own. I was wanting to try both the 200 and 230 GR. WFNGC.
1. Has anybody loaded these?
2. Are you getting anywhere near their published velocity with your loads? 3. What's your COAL?
4. I only load jacketed bullets, are there any extra steps to loading lead?
5. What are you using for powder and primers?
6. Will they fit in a 40/10MM seater plug?
7. Ah hell gimme any info you feel pertinent to loading these.

I'll be loading these for a G20 with a Lone Wolf standard length barrel and using RCBS carbide dies. I know it's a lot to ask but any help will be appreciated.

1. Yes. I've worked with the 200 gr DT bullets, and I like them.
2. I'm getting an average of 1205 fps
3. 1.26
4. Not really. These are already lubed and gas checked. You'll want a pretty good bell through to aid in seating.
5. Powder: A9, Primer: CCI 350
6. Works fine in my RCBS dies
7. My velocities are with 13.8 gr of A9. Work up really slowly. They run fine in my G20.

This bullet has a very wide meplat and some have reported feeding issues with the tighter chambers of aftermarket barrels. I use a stock barrel so feeding is not an issue. It is my mountain load.
