GT,
Not sure if this is the right place for this thread, but my question is somewhat related to knives... :whistling:
Anyway, I just purchased a Benchmade Bone Collector series hunting knife (the one with the gut hook). The leather sheath that came with it is very rough on the inside... the leather is simply unfinished. Whenever I take the knife in and out of the sheath, the rough leather wears on the G10 handle.
I was wondering if anyone knows a method, or tips/tricks, to smooth out the leather on the inside of the sheath so it's not so abrasive.
TIA
