Hi new person.
This is the computer and stuff section.
OMG, what am I doing here??
Try General Glocking section.
Me, I would leave the gun stock until you have used it a bunch.

Tell me I am not a geek groupie!
:tongueout:
No. Not unless you broke your stock one during reassembly and can't get a replacemenet for some reason.

it is a nice way of saying you posted in the wrong forum.
Things in this one generally have electricity as a component.
Linux will usually be found in your computer.

You have to admit though... "I'm new to Glocks,, what is a Linux".. was hysterical, even if he didn't mean it. :)

You are not a geek groupie.
However, you may be a boffin babe.

But I still don't know what an mdl 30 is...
And why would I want to run Linux on it?
I'm starting to switch to PC-BSD. Do I need to change my username?

An understandable mistake. There is nothing about "Tech Talk" that implies that it is electronics exclusive.

Of course there's not.... but it's still fun when someone falls into the Nerd Trap...
I say we petition BGH to change the forum to "Computers and Gadgets Help"... since we often talk about cell phones, GPS's, etc..

I have a number of Glocks(oldest being about 9yrs old) and all of them have the stock recoil spring, and have never been a problem.

Do not bake too long as it will dry out.

Someone swap TBO's stainless steel guide rod manual with a lasagna recipe again?
Max out the RAM first, then double check the resolution before installing a new guide rod.
j/k....I've got a metal guide rod in a couple glocks...haven't noticed a difference either way.
