Glocks Chambered using Clipdraw "Holsters"

A Clipdraw does not seem to be a safe holster with a bullet in the chamber. However, 2 local gunshops tell me it is safe. If this is not safe, then what is the thinnest holster that can be used to accomplish this task but still cover the trigger?
