Most dive resorts in Anilao also offer "intro dives" where you are literally hand-carried by dive masters as they take you on a dive with full scuba gear. Those are much better, and definitely more memorable than snorkeling.

Ok nga sa Dive & Trek as mentioned by Allegra because they have their own enclosed area complete with giant clams. I also spotted a couple of pawikan the last time I dove there. They are only accessible by boat which may be good or bad depending on your preferences.

plus by boat lang punta dun , di ka masusundan ng misis mo kung ayaw mo madistorbo ang dive mo

Doc Alvin can answer your question since recently he is into diving with his kids.

Kung di ka naman nagmamadali, hintayin mo nalang towards the end of the year. Dun kasi madalas yung mga sale.

Kung dati ka nang diver you'll just need a refresher course to orient you to the "new" equipment in use. Mas madali na ngayon kasi nasa dive computer na yung dive tables, tho mahirap naman umasa 100% sa electronic device.

E kung NAUI ka pala no problem. I'm also NAUI, and can refer you to my instructor if you decide to take a refresher course. Actually Course Director siya so he'd probably know what to do with your ancient c-card.
