Any issues or things I should be concerned about?

I tested it out on my laptop running 64 bit 7, no problems.
Did you encrypt your drive or just a folder? I want to encrypt the entire drive.

You can do either. I encrypted a 2GB jumpdrive, took about ten minutes. You will want to encrypt an empty volume, it reformats it completely as part of the encryption. Win 7 sees it as an unformatted volume afterwards, only a machine with Truecrypt 'sees' it, AFAIK.
