Slide on frame without barrel

Hi,
I made the mistake of putting my glock Slide on frame the frame without the barrel. After I pulled it back, it became stuck there. I lined up the slide on top of the frame and pulled the trigger. This released the slide to come off. All seems fine with a function check. Could I have done any damage doing this? Are there particular parts I should check for damage?

No problem, no worries. You did exactly what needed to be done to remove the slide. Simply push the slide flush with the frame and pull the trigger. The slide will pop forward about an inch and then slide right off the frame.
