K wood grips

Anyone have or used wood grips on their K 9? Either smooth or checkered.

Maybe looking for a used set for K9?

I have a pair of checkered wood on my stainless K9. Looks great and, compared with the rubber ones, bulks up the grip so I can get a better grip. Of course, the rubber makes the gun overall thinner, thus better for CCW. But since I no longer CCW my K9, that is not an issue.

I like the CT lasergrip, myself.

How many rounds did it take you to change from sights/slide

to using CT? The people from CT told me it was a lot?
