For the life of me I can not get these to fly straight. My other load is a Hornidy 155g JHP and shoots like a laser!

Does anyone have a good accurate load for these?

I have a stockpile of Bullseye and 800x, but I am not opposed to getting a more suitable powder.

I dont have any experience with the plated
bullets but I have read elsewhere that because
of the thinner and softer copper coating that
the velocities should be kept down to lead
bullet type loads. The theory seems to be
that higher velocities tend to peel the copper
coatings off which would make for a ragged
projectile and obviously spread the groups out.

I dont know how it all works, perhaps the rifling
grabs at the copper coating much like stripping
soft lead off of cast bullets.

On the other hand, I have heard that Precision
Delta and XTREME bullets had pretty tough
copper plating compared to Zero and Berry's etc
and could be loaded hotter.

Tell us what you mean by inferior accuracy
compared to XTP 155 bullets? ( I assume group
sizes )
Were you shooting at pretty hi velocities?

Since I caint hit nuthing anyway it usually
dont make no differnce to me. Sometimes makes
me a BETTER shot :-)
