I just got my Glock 19 yesterday , and I have 2 boxes of Gold Dot 147gr. gdhp. With this ammo not being +p, are they good for home defense loads?

They've been carried for many years, by many people, w/o a problem.

Even if they were 115 or 124 grain non+p loads they'd be good for HD.

You have some great HD or SD ammo there. Rest easy.

And highly accurate, too.
