sight question

i recently got a new g22 and put a set of tru glo TFO sights on it. this afternoon a buddy (who is a much more experienced shooter than i am) and i went to the range for a session and we were working on some accuracy and sight picture stuff, and my shots were hitting left, so he shot it and was doing the same thing. my question is which way do i need to move my rear sight if i am shooting left. sorry so drawn out. thanks

You always move the rear sight in the direction you want the bullet impact to go.
If you hit left of center you want the bullet impact to go to the right. Move the rear sight to the right.

thanks jr, i bow hunt and it is the opposite of what you just said so i am glad i asked so i wouldnt have a major headache at my next range session or my next match in a couple of weeks. thanks again
