hi
Just a quick question.

How many rds before changing a firing pin spring in 5" 1911's?
I have been in a discussion with a few guys and I say about 5000 rds and most others are saying 10 to 15000?:wavey:
thanks

FP springs are cheap and easy to change. Wolff includes a FP spring packaged with their recoil springs. Change them both at the same time and you never have to worry about it.

Exactly. I change my recoil spring and firing pin return spring every 5,000 rounds.
