I took my Kimber and glocks to the range today for some practice and afterwards I was looking at the xdm .45 and the guy showed me a FNP 45

He said it hold 15 rounds and comes with 2 spare 14 round mags. It is a double action but can also be carried cocked and locked like the 1911.
It also has ambi mag release, slide release, safety.

Anyone have one of these and if you do how well do you like it. Thinking about getting one for hi capacity just in case.

You would probably want to ask in "General Firearms".

FN makes good pistols and I know some folks here have them.

I have the FiveseveN.

It looked like it was built ok and I like the fact it can be carried cocked and locked like the 1911 if you wanted to. I would still carry my 1911 for CC because I think that thing was even wider than my glock.

Will a mod please move this to the general section, Thanks

Yeah, there are quite a few pistols that can be carried cocked and locked. I like the CZ 75 quite a bit. :)
