Here's my issue…
When the G22 trigger is installed in the G23 the trigger pull is off. Meaning, when pulling the trigger to the rear it is very mushy, the simple pulling of the trigger moves the slide up (It can be felt and seen) and the trigger pull seems less, meaning when I pull the trigger there is less take up required to release the striker, almost like there is some pull missing.
I'm thoroughly confused about this. I installed a G17 trigger on my G19 and haven't had a single issue since day one. That was 5 years ago. From my research, it seems that the G17, 22, 31, 24, 34 and 35 all use the same triggers. It is also my understanding that the smooth faced (G22) trigger can be used in the G23.
Any thoughts on this? Should I get a new trigger? Should I suck it up and stay stock (I was hoping to keep things the same with all the guns)?
Information on my Glock…
Gen 3 Glock 23…Bought BNIB 1 week ago…There are exactly 80 rounds down range with this gun…No failures or issues of any kind at this time…Trigger assembly was purchased 1 week ago from Glockmeister.com…Never an issue with a single product of their's after 5 years of doing business with them.
Thank you in advance.
