Trouble removing the foreend and bolt group for 870

Hey I guys I just picked up a 870 its the all synthetic version with the extension. I decided to take it down today and when I went to take out the foreend and bolt it wouldnt come out. I depressed the touch levers inside of the receiver and it wont slide out. I bought this a maybe 2 weeks ago and have only put a box of birdshot through it. Any suggestions?

Alright after tinkering around I found the problem. One of the levers was alittle out of line so I had to tweak it alittle bit and its works just fine now....
