Speer Gold Dot 9mm 115gr+P+

Can't find this on Speer or ATKs web sites. I have a box (got it from ammo to go)

Speer Gold Dot #53612 9mm 115gr +P+

Why can't I find it? Wanted to check out the FPS and other data.

It is very accurate out of my G26. My next ammo rotation will consist of the 115+P+ Gold Dots.

Web site quotes 1300 fps from a 4" barrel. Only 80 fps more than the 124+P, which is probably a lot easier to find. I don't know what the recoil is like with the +P+ but I know it's pretty mild with the 124+P.

Its in the ammo listing my friend, and I dont think its obsolete. Apparently certain departments and agencies request this load, I guess some slip through the cracks every so often.

In ballistic gel & FBI denim tests the Speer 115 gr. +p+ performs exactly as the Speer 124 gr. +p. Use both with confidence. :cool:
