TMJ vs FMJ

Is it safe to assume the TMJ ammo is plated vs FMJ which is really jacketed? If not what brands of ammo are plated? Is Blazer Brass one of them? What about Speer Lawman FMJ?

Inquiring minds want to know.

SOme bullets marked TMJ are jacketed w/ plated base to cover what would be the exposed base. Others are thicker plated. Not sure aboput the Speer ones, maybe someone has section one, but I believe they are jackted w/ plated bases. http://www.speer-bullets.com/products/handgun/plinker/tmj.aspx
