good belt holster for a petite 5ft lady?

Hello all, I'm trying to find a good belt holster for my wife. Her pistol of choice is a Glock 23. She is a lefty. She's looking for a comfortable out of the waistband all day wear holster(that would comply with IDPA specifications).

She currently has a cheap kydex fobus lefty paddle holster and doesn't like it.

The holster would be worn while competing at IDPA's and on farm.

I realize that men's hips are shaped differently than the gals.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Since women are allowed Drop Offset Holsters in IDPA I'd look at Bladetech.

Not something I'd use for concealed carry but works well and is comfortable for women for IDPA or for carrying when concealing is not a big issue.
