oily_oink is right only HKs have backwards rounds in their magazines..

Congrats on the 228 , it looks great . The gun shop I buy from has a NIB 1of1000 p228 for $796 .

Lovely pistol. Mine is an old rattle trap that shoots straight and never fails. Enjoy it, shoot it and just TRY to wear it out, lol. Nice find.

I have owned three Sig P228's, and absolutely love them. One of my all-time favorite pistols. I presently alternate my carry pistols between a retired police 228, and a Glock 32.

Congrats. That is one sweet pistol. The 228 is my second favorite Sig after the P225 .... then the 220, 229 ...... :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:, yes ... in that order.
