I picked up a box of Hornady 125 XTPs but I'm not reading good things about them. Lots of failures to expand. So I'm leaning toward Gold Dot Short Barrel. Any non+P loads anyone can recommend that have good test results in snubbies I can Google? +P is acceptable too.

Another topic but... Glocks have always pointed high for me because of their grip angle but man that 642 points as high or higher. I really have to bend my wrist down to line it up.

I know you asked for non +p, but it's Speer GDSB 135+P for me. recoil isn't bad.

Try the Federal 125 JHP Nyclad (P38M).

The revolver may be shooting high due to the ammo/bullet weight. For a non +P load try a lead 158 grain SWC or even a 148 grain HBWC or WC. The 148 grain target loads are a bit mild the bullet works better than a round nose bullet. Velocity isn't going to be really enough for jacketed bullets. The 158 grain SWC loads are better than the round nose loads and about as good as any non +P load. The point of aim may be a lot closer with them also.
