Added a few different things such as EGW Barrel Bushing, Wilson Slide stop, and a flat mainspring housing.
I plan on keeping it this way. I plan on abusing this gun. We'll see how it works.
I know one thing, every day I become more and more of a 1911 guy.

They are both original grips. The milspec comes with two sets. :)

Looks good! Everyday I seem to change my mind as to which set of included grips I like better. I guess that's the beauty of having 2 sets; they can change when I do!
Nice. Looks like you joined the cocked and unlocked crowd!
Is there such a thing as a "Cocked and Unlocked" mentality out there?
Afraid you might forget to click the thumb safety off?
In such a high degree of readiness you don't need the extra movement of clicking the thumb safety off.
"That's what the grip safety is for."
I know... thats why there is the half cock notch.
Seems like an accident waiting to happen.
Please reconsider this. It's pure fulishness and irresponsible to those around you.

Just add a "Quack trigger" and it will be perfect.

Is it? I have some guns that don't even have a safety.
I carry it on me with the safety on or if I know it is loaded, but even that seems like overkill. I don't touch the trigger unless I am ready to shoot it.

I'll think about it. Make me an offer.
