I thought I'd share the past weekend with the 20SF on a long over due camping and hiking trip. Sorry for the crappy pics.

Great pictures. Thank you for posting. I'm getting ready for a pack trip into the White Clouds in the Sawtooth NRA next week. Was up in the Pioneer Mountains near Copper Basin last weekend. Absolutely gorgeous. They are craggy and impressive like the Sawtooths - and a bit taller. The Pioneers are not as well known so you'll hardly see anyone on the trails. There is a lot of freaking amazing backcountry here in Idaho.

Hogpauls, what do you load the 20 with when in the high country? I've seen blackies in the Payette NF, and grey wolves are present too.

Tater you ain't just whistling Dixie about our back country here in Idaho, just not enough time to enjoy it all. These pics are from Lake Josephine and there were quite a few mountain lion tracks in the mud around the lake.

I've been rolling DT 200 grn. wfngc over 800X for backwoods carry.

Yup, and yup. I carry that bullet too. I charge mine with A9. WAY better results in my G20.

I had problems with pressures by 1050 fps with 800X. I get 1205 fps with A9 with no indications of excess pressures. But accross the board, I have not seemed to have achieved the same results with 800X that others have. It has been a frustrating powder for me. Correction. 800X has been great for the 135 gr NOS JHP.

OH MY GOD! That place is amazing! Is that in Idaho? Holy crap are there any places like that in Ohio? Man you have no idea how happy I would be camping in a place like that.

Also, nice G.20... my dream gun. I will have my own soon!

Looks kinda' like home to me! Reminds me of the Cabinet Mountain Range near the Idaho border. My absolute FAVORITE place to take my Glock 20SF. Nice pics. Any fishin?
