I need a good 1911 for concealed carry.My budget is $850.I would prefer a 4 or 5 inch.I prefer a skeleton hammer,long reach trigger,extended beavertail and combat sights.
Is there such a 1911 in my price range ?

Can you do $30 more?
I really like the C3. Purists may disagree though.

I agree. I have carried the sig RCs for two years and I love it.

I would say there are a few guns in that price range
• Kimber Custom II $750.00
• Kimber TLE II (has night sites and checkering on front strap) $850.00
• S&W makes a few around the $900.00 range
• Springfield should have a few models in your price range
• RIA tactical model $450.00
• Metro arms American Classic II $434.00 at Jet Guns (http://www.jetguns.com/product_info.php?cPath=325_194_333&products_id=308)
shop around for a pre-owned DW Cbob ;)

FWIW, I should also disclose that while I normally carry a G23, this was my choice when faced with the OPs question.
I managed to snag a High Standard Crusader Compact off GB for $450 with slim cocobolo DDs, a KD holster, and a couple extra mags.

A Springfield Loaded runs around $850 but I picked this one up used, minus the checkering for $650. Not sure if you are really looking for an "extended" beavertail but it has a standard beavertail. If by "combat sights" you mean Novak style then it comes with them.

This other one ran $600 used and both are available for about the same price in 5". This one has Heinie Tactical style sights that were added if that's what you are looking for in a "combat" sight.

Jetguns.com has a Black SS Loaded for $734 and a Champion Operator for $770

A Kimber Compact Stainless is right in you price range, NOT including tax. It's an officer size frame w/ a 4'' bull barrel, stainless slide & aluminum frame. Has basic Kimber type sights & a skeletonized trigger. I have one on order I've been waiting for a few months.

There is also the new Desert Eagle 1911G (around $750)

and the new Remington 1911-R1 (around $650)

I'd definitely look at Kimber's offerings in that range.

My only 1911 (so far) is a Kimber Custom II, I think its a great gun for the money. Its more work than carrying, say a J frame, but I have found carrying it SOB works pretty good for me.
