Conversion formula

I hope that this is the correct sub forum to ask this question.Does anyone know the formula to convert bullet penetration in wet newsprint to penetration in ballistic gel.I used to have it written down but I seem to have mislayed it.[Probably put it somewhere so I would know where it`s at.]Thanks.

Not a formula, but IME, wetpack is about 75% of the penetration in bal gel.

Used to have it in my wallet next to my CPR card, but where did it go? :)
