I guess it's a snubbie. It has a 2.5 inch bbl, about the same heft as an N frame. It just sort of showed up. Now I guess I have another odd ball shooter. It's a single piece of cast stainless. The barrel and frame are all one piece. I don't know much about the history of this brand of gun. They were produced briefly in the 70's:supergrin:

Never have seen one on these, how many were produced?

I only know the little that I've read online. Made in early 70's. Most commonly seen as a 4" barrel version. Distributed by EMF and a reference to TDA as the tradename on Thermodynamic Systems revolvers. I have no idea if it is the same TDA that made Automag pistols, but I wouldn't be surprised since the two companies were 6 miles apart. I don't know about the numbers that were produced, but it couldn't have been many.

Assuming decent metallurgy, it looks strong.

Interesting. I've never seen one and would like to have one maybe. You know on the cheap.

I think I've kept this gun, in part, because I couldn't figure a value for it, in part because it was a cool oddity and in part because I just plain forgot that I owned it until I rummaged through my safe, when I was looking for another gun.:dunno:
