sanding front and back strap

i sanded the front and back strap on my cw45 with my wifes emory board and it worked great,no more bite,i also hit a few flat spots on the grip handle with the board not nothing seriuos,was wanting to know if i could use something to buff this out and remove the white scuffs?

I did the same thing, used a fine tooth flat file and emery paper strips to finish.

Once you get it the correct shape you can simply use a 600-900 grit sanding block to get the texture cirrect then wipe it down with a wet rag followed by an alcohol wipedown.
