pulled apart my beloved daily carried g21 serial kyx and saw this at first i thought it was a hair or fiber but no its a crack in the frame its not all the way through.....yet. what should i do?

It happens. I would continue to shoot the gun. If the crack gets any bigger you have a problem for sure. If it bothers you, send the pic to GI and see if they feel they need it returned?
