Have you scanned from SAFE MODE yet? That is where the manual method would start...

I used ESET scan and that stopped the pop ups but its still slow and screwed up. I'm leaving on a trip for 5 days so i'm just going to shut it down before i leave but thought I'd see if anyone has delt with this thing.

It does not install, just run the exe.

A really good one is Avira AntiVir Rescue System .

After downloading it, insert a blank CD-R and the program will write the CD in Windows. Then reboot the computer with the CD.
