1) can anyone post a sample of how a form 1 should be filled out for a homemade suppressor? i just want a reference to make sure i get it filled out right so it will not be sent back.
2) on the form 1, part 4.b, should i write silencer or suppressor? i was thinking suppressor.
3) do i have to get a CLEO to sign off on it before i send everything off to atf or once atf sends everything back?
