I got a set of Sevigny Competition sights (fiber optic .215 front, plain rear) on my glock 34:

i'm trying to figure out 2 things:
#1. when lining up the sight, do i line up the top of the front sight with the top of the rear sights, or the fiber optic dot with the top of the rear sight?
#2. is this point of aim, 6 o'clock, or do i need to cover the target with the sight?
i'm new to glocks, so i'm still pulling it a bit left when i'm pulling the trigger, so i was just wondering if i could get some feedback here instead of trying to figure it out on my own.
