Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has successfully used 115 JHP MG in the 357 SIG. I am currently using their 125 FMJ FP and it works great. I know the MG 124 9mm HP will work in the 357SIG per some of the posts in the 357SIG forum section. Looking for a 115 HP bullet that I can use in both 9mm and 357 SIG.
Thanks

The JHP will work, the FMJ or CMJ is a crapshoot.

Easiest thing to do it just use the 124 for both 9x19 and your 357 Sig.

The Nosler 115grJHP is a great performer in both. I can easily hit 1500fps in a 5" 357sig. The Sierra will also work well, but frags badly. Like Hozer, I have only tried the 124grMG in mine, works fine.

Thanks Hozer, Fred for the info, Im splitting case lots with a friend has 9mm only, he prefers the 115. Weve been playing around with the fast-light vs heavy slow at 50 yds. Weve tried the really light (90 gr) vs Really heavy (147) and are back to the light side of middle with higher velocites, flatter shooting.

Buying more next week or so and wanted to ck. Appreciate the information. I really like the MG bullets, the 125 gr sigs rally have been accurate in my 357. Have loaded some of these to try in the 9's but will see how they feed with the truncated nose. Im thinking the JHPs in either 115/124 may be more accurate than the 125's.
