Recently I sent a Fast Fire II in for repair at Burris. Like an idiot I lost my tracking slip from the post office and as luck would have it the package did not arrive. Burris was nice enough to ship out a replacement sight anyway.
Two big thumbs up for Burris' customer service.

How is that optic? It seems nice and small, if they hold up ok.

They are fine for a .223 rifle but my Saiga 12 gauge killed it in about 1500 rounds or so. I am going to move it to a different gun.

Pity, but not surprising, despite their advertising of the Fastfire being suitable for shotguns.

Burris is awesome. I went to the post office today and found they had sent me a new Full Field II 6.5-20 scope in addition to replacing my Fast Fire II. Service well above and beyond.

Burris has managed to ignore my customer service inquiry about mounting a FFII on a large frame Glock. Not super impressed....
