I just popped in a Reduced weight firing pin safety spring. I like the way it makes the trigger a little lighter. Are there any reliability issues with using this spring.

I have heard of these however never tried one. The duty of the spring is to push the fp safety into the striker channel thereby blocking the striker from hitting the primer. Replacing the spring with something "weaker" sounds too dangerous to me. For the life of me I can not figure an advantage of using one? The trigger bar "raised angled edge" engages the FP safety. It is at an incline so it is basically effortless to depress the fp safety. I can not figure how a lighter spring can actually contribute to a better feel? The stock spring is already nothing anyway so how much less than nothing (reduced weight) will result in a better trigger feel?
