View Full Version : Glock Brand Steel Rear Sights ...
I replaced the polymer rear sights on all of my Glocks with authentic Glock steel rear sights. The replacement process went quite well but now I am wondering if those steel rear sights have the same Tenifer "protection" against rust that we see on the slides of Glocks?

My choice also, in general terms.

I love the Glock steel sights as well, front and rear. They work great for some advanced handguns classes that I attend that push the envelope on gun handling skills, including all types of malfunction clearances one handed, off-hand. You can rack the slide using the sights and any piece of equiptment nearby, holster, pant leg, heel, etc.
Problem now is I have been unable to fing plain Glock steel front sights in stock anywhere. Anybody have any ideas who has them now?

Thanks for the link. I should have been more specific. I am looking for the SCREW TYPE (not stake on), Glock steel front sight. I picked up a few last year, but can't seem to find anyone with then in stock now.

LoneWoldDist. list them as discontinued. I would call glock about that. Good luck finding some old stock. The new screw on polymer ones are pretty tuff.
