A pure 3.5# trigger pull

I have recently changed out all my glock pistols to a 3.5# connector. My question is do I also have to change out the firing pin spring also? If so how dow I know what lb my present spring is rated at?

The standard issue trigger spring for Glock pistols is 5 lbs.
