Glock 37 GAP converted to .40 S&W?

Hey JR,

I picked up a G37 .45GAP from a LEO friend of mine on a great deal ($200). I was wondering if the only thing I would have to do to convert it to shoot .40S&W would be to swap out the barrel and ejector? Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

No the 45 GAP will not convert with a simple barrel change. You will need a complete top end and ejector.
BTW: You may also need a need a new trigger bar but it depends on when the GAP pistol was issued. Compare the TB with a std Glock TB # 357 and you will notice the difference (if any) immediately. Current GAPs are issued with a new style TB
