Are guide rod/spring assemblies for G19's & G23's interchangeable?

Like the title says, are spring assemblies for G19's & G23's interchangeable? I have a Wolf's steel guide rod/spring assembly on my G19, and I'd like to swap it with the factory plastic one on my G23. I'm selling the G19, and figure if I can still use it on the 23 then I'd hang on to it. Are the springs different on these two models, or are they interchangeable? :dunno:

You can pull the metal one out of your G19 and use it in your G23.... No problem
The factory recoil springs for the G19,23,32,38 Gen1, Gen2 & Gen3 are all the same.
