A client of mine has been having a problem with attachments - they use outlook web access.
When she clicks on an attachment and it gives you the option to Open or Save, she prefers to just open the file. This works fine for Word docs, but not excel files - a new Internet Explorer window pops up, but that's it - the file doesn't open. *
She has to save the file to her desktop and then open it, which she doesn't like doing.
Any ideas?
