View Full Version : Getting started
Trying to get prepared. Does anyone have a list of the basic essentials? Something I can start from and adjust to fit my needs. I know water, batteries, first aid kits. Any help would be appreciated.
There are several lists out there, but the grandpappy.info site has always struck me as being very well done and thought-thru. Robert Wayne Atkins has many, many good overviews and detailed summaries on his site.
Here are just a couple to look over:

He has many other worthwhile links here (http://www.grandpappy.info/indexhar.htm).
