I recently came across the GRAD knife/gun that had a 5 shot .22 revolver in it. It seemed pretty neat in terms of how they were able to conceal a firearm inside a knife.

It got me thinking though that it would be really convenient to make a .22 one-shot pen. Talk about the ultimate in concealed carry - has a manufacturer ever come up with something like this?

Yep. Several of them. They tend to be a little more bulky than a regular pen. There's one named the Stinger that recently resumed production that is considered just a normal handgun, not an NFA weapon.
