Hey GUys,
A buddy of mine recently "found" a WWII MP40 SMG. It was preserved in a box filled with cosmuline and then wrapped in cheese cloth. My buddy wants to keep it, but it isn't registered anywhere. It was brought back by a WWII vet. When he died, he gave it to his son. His son has alzhiemers but luckily told his son about it before. His son found it and showed it to my buddy. Is there any way he can keep weapon? Obviously there's some paperwork, but he hasn't gotten a straight answer from anyone. I would hate to see him part it out:crying: Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

If it's not in the NFA registry already, there is no way to legally keep it.
