Having traded my SA Milspec for a nice blued Colt, I've had my eye out for another parked .45. One of these Metros sits in a local shop, a little more GI feature-wise: small eject port, reg. magwell, didn't check feed ramp :dunno: Made in Phillippines, cast frame, possibly a forged slide... yada yada.
The reviews I've found on other forums have been uniformly positive - seems they're really pouring the Kool-Aid - but my doubting nature says "too good to be true", so I look to you for the real story.
I do know that Brian likes them. Does anybody else here have any experience with the Metro 1911? :headscratch:
