22 Rd. Glock .40 Caliber Factory magazines ??

Hello Folks, I've been looking over some ad's recently, as I've had a real strong itch to purchase another Glock model. As I was browsing through "Guns America", I ran across an ad for FACTORY Glock, 22 round .40 caliber magazines. These don't appear to be a factory 15 rd'r with an extension on it, but look like a 22 rd / .40 version of a factory Glock 33 rd 9mm magazine.
