Dual action recoil springs

What are your thoughts on dual action recoil springs, specifically for a G19. Advantages, disadvantages etc. TJ

The aftermarket industry has been offering the dual spring systems from the beginning. The dual spring functions best using the hotter 9mm ammo.
My personal opinion is that they are not needed for the full size & compact 9mm guns.
