well it's true, the KC will now have an optional alloy frame.
Figured I would get ahead of the curve and get as much information on the new models out as possible.
Brown has gone ahead and announced four new guns for the coming year, and what a announcement it was. :)
First off is the highly anticipated Centennial model, this is based on the CC and is simply loaded with first class hand engraving, simply stunning. (I like that they avoided a lot of gold leaf)
Now the bad news, it is not available for a limited time, but rather a limited number, VERY limited number. As of this morning they are looking at doing 10, though with the interest that has been shown in it so far they are considering upping that a bit to maybe 20, but this is by NO MEANS a sure thing. Regardless no matter how you slice it, there will be very few of these.
There will NO changes to the gun as far as options, the gun comes as is. List Price $6,995.00

Now for the 'budget' Centennial model, this one is based on the EE and will also be a limited edition, but will be for a limited time (till Dec. 2011) as opposed to a limited number, will make all they can sell. This gun is also restricted to standard factory options with no changes allowed to gun. List Price $2,495.00

The new alloy framed KC is planned to be a permanent new addition to the lineup, there will be some options available on this gun. Notice that the gun comes standard with the 10-8 rear, also slim grips. List Price $2,920.00

Lastly is the new finish option (color) on the SF, this is to be permanent addition to the lineup, with choice of options available. This is a very sharp looking gun and I think will be a great seller, two tone Gen III is $100.00 option.
List Price $2.295.00

All of these guns are available for order from Brown as of today, all are being quoted as the standard 60-90 days with the exception of the fully engraved Centennial model which is being quoted as 120 day turnaround time.
Hope this has helped to answers some of the questions there is bound to be, enjoy the new lineup.
